12-day self-guided program

Jumpstart Your Recovery

A Guide For Porn and Sex Addicts

You've tried to stop.

Nothing has worked.

You haven't given up.

That means something.

A 12-day self-guided program for pornography and sexual addiction, built on proven tools, and written from my own experience walking this road.

Vincent Grosso, CPC, SRC — Certified Professional Coach & Certified Sexual Recovery Coach

  • 12 structured days
  • Available 24/7, any device
  • Downloadable worksheets
  • Faith-friendly and secular

You don't fail because you lack willpower.

You fail because you don't have a roadmap. You've probably tried to stop before. Maybe many times. You've deleted apps, set filters, made promises to yourself, prayed, and white-knuckled it through days or weeks, only to fall again.

Willpower isn't the issue. What's missing is a plan, one that addresses why you're addicted, not just that you are. One that gives you specific daily actions that build on each other. One that prepares you for the hard days, not just the good ones.

That's what I built this program to be.

100%

Of those who stick with it and don't give up, 100% succeed. That doesn't mean there won't be hard days or setbacks. It means that as long as you keep getting back up, success is the only possible outcome.

I still remember the first time I introduced myself as a 'sex addict' out loud to a group of strangers. I was terrified, and ashamed. But more than anything, I was convinced I didn't belong there. I was wrong.

12 days. Real tools. One day at a time.

Each day includes reading, reflection, journaling prompts, and a specific action step.

Day 1: Acknowledge the problem and commit to the journey. Write down your 5 reasons to recover and make your first journal entry.

Day 2: Begin the Daily Recovery Checklist, adapted from Dr. Doug Weiss, and learn the 8 daily recovery actions.

Day 3: Understand how your brain got conditioned into this pattern, and learn a practical technique to interrupt cravings in real time.

Day 4: Begin a morning and evening prayer or reflection practice, adapted to your own beliefs or understanding of a higher power.

Day 5: Build a daily reading habit using curated recovery literature and learn why consistency matters more than quantity.

Day 6: Break isolation by building an accountability network and committing to 3 daily check-in calls.

Day 7: Discover why 12-step meetings are one of the most powerful tools in recovery, and commit to 90 meetings in your first 90 days.

Day 8: Learn the Feelings and Compliments exercises that build emotional intelligence and repair the relationships most damaged by addiction.

Day 9: Learn centering techniques used by elite athletes, including box breathing and body scanning, to help you live intentionally instead of on autopilot.

Day 10: Learn the HALTBS framework to identify and interrupt emotional triggers before they lead to acting out.

Day 11: Reframe relapse as a detour, not a dead end, and learn how to evaluate and learn from setbacks using the included Relapse Assessment worksheet.

Day 12: Review everything you've built and commit to the 90-day maintenance plan that locks in your progress long after the program ends.

From Day 10: The HALTBS check-in

Most people try to stop the behavior. I teach you to stop it earlier, at the emotion that starts the chain. These six states are almost always present in the hours before acting out. Learn to spot them, and you stop the train before it leaves the station.

H - Hungry

A - Angry

L - Lonely

T - Tired

B - Bored

S - Stressed

Day 10 walks you through how to recognize each one in yourself, and what to do about it before the urge gains momentum.

I was so convinced that I was better than anyone who needed to attend such meetings, that I felt sick to associate myself with them. It took me a while to swallow my pride and realize that these were amazing people, and I could only hope to one day be on their level.

It no longer felt like I was starting over, but like I was picking up where I left off. A relapse no longer felt like going back to the start of the race, but more like I just tripped and could get up, brush myself off, and continue.

Common questions

How long does it take?

It's self-guided, one section per day for 12 days is the intended pace. I recommend taking no less than 6 days and no more than 6 weeks. Each day builds on the last.

Is this faith-based?

It includes both faith-based and secular elements. Day 4 introduces prayer as a practice, and you're encouraged to adapt it to your own beliefs or understanding of a higher power. It works for people of all faiths and no faith.

What if I relapse during the program?

Day 11 is built specifically for this. A relapse is not the end, it's part of the process. I teach you how to evaluate what happened and use it to strengthen your recovery, not restart from zero.

How is this different from free resources?

Structure. Most free content gives you pieces. This gives you a sequence, the right tools, in the right order, with daily actions that compound. The worksheets are tools you'll use every day for 90 days, not just read once.

How do I access the program after signing up?

After completing your purchase you'll receive an email with your access link and password. You can log in anytime at moralsupportcoach.com/jumpstart-access from any device.

What if I can't afford it?

Reach out to me directly at vinny@moralsupportcoach.com. I never want money to stand between someone and recovery.

From Day 3: Why you keep falling back

Your brain has been conditioned to respond to certain triggers the same way Pavlov's dogs learned to salivate at the sound of a bell. The good news: the same process that created that pattern can undo it. Day 3 includes a specific physical technique, something you can do in about 3 seconds, that interrupts the neural pathway before it completes. It sounds almost too simple. It works.

This program covers everything I address in my first 12 coaching sessions. At my standard rate, that's $1,200 of content, plus the added value of convenience and flexibility available in an online resource. I priced it at $200 because I genuinely believe cost shouldn't be the reason someone doesn't get help. If even that feels out of reach, reach out. We'll figure something out.

Help others while you help yourself

Every dollar received goes toward helping more addicts access recovery resources, as well as helping victims of human trafficking and sexual abuse, and other humanitarian efforts close to my heart.
